How to pay

We accept payment by Protx Secure Payment. This is a fast, simple and secure way of paying via credit or debit card for transactions made on our website.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by homewith.co.uk. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Insectables, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP). All transactions and prices are taken in pounds sterling.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days, we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full. All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order to offer you a suitable replacement or refund.

Delivery

We will dispatch your purchase within 1-2 working days of your order being processed, usually within 1 working day. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.

Post and packaging

Small / light items will be dispatched by 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail. Heavier / larger items will be send via our Couriers Next Working Day Delivery Service

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Privacy Policy

homewith.co.uk comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

Returns policy

We offer a 7 day no hassle money-back guarantee policy. Items purchased at Homewith Bargains, can be returned unworn in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. Email our customer service at: bargains@homewith.co.uk detailing item you wish to return.

Unidentified returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 5 days of the date of your request.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
